Alomi Terms of Use

By accessing or using Alomi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
Eligibility
Users must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to use Alomi and conduct transactions on the platform. Some content may be age-restricted. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and accessing only content appropriate for their age. Alomi is not intended for users under the age of 13. Content containing mature themes may only be accessed by users who meet the minimum age requirements specified by the platform and applicable law.
User Accounts
Users may be required to register or sign in to access certain features. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, login devices, and all activities conducted under their accounts. Alomi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are involved in fraud, abuse, illegal activities, or violations of these Terms of Use.
AI-Generated Content
Content generated by Alomi may be created automatically using artificial intelligence. Such content is provided for entertainment, fictional, and informational purposes only. Alomi does not guarantee that AI-generated content is always accurate, complete, suitable for every situation, or free from errors. Users should not rely on AI-generated content when making legal, medical, financial, investment, psychological, or other important decisions.
User Input
Users must not submit, generate, request, or distribute content that:
- Violates Vietnamese law
- Exploits children or depicts minors in sexual contexts
- Promotes illegal pornography, prostitution, or human trafficking
- Encourages violence, self-harm, hatred, or discrimination
- Provides instructions for criminal activity, fraud, hacking, or malware distribution
- Infringes upon another person's privacy, personal data, or confidential information
- Violates copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Impersonates individuals, organizations, or government authorities
- Constitutes spam, attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities, disrupt services, or interfere with platform operations
Transaction Process
- The user selects a service package or the desired amount of Omi.
- The user reviews the transaction details.
- The user selects a payment method.
- The user confirms the payment.
- The payment provider confirms the transaction result.
- Alomi activates the purchased service or credits Omi to the user's account.
Before completing payment, users are responsible for verifying the selected package, price, recipient account, and payment method.
Alomi's Responsibilities
- Clearly disclose service information, pricing, and transaction terms
- Provide services after successful payment confirmation
- Support users in resolving technical issues and valid complaints
- Protect personal information in accordance with the published Privacy Policy
- Comply with requests from competent government authorities as required by law
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during registration, payment, and support requests
- Not use Alomi for unlawful purposes
- Not interfere with, damage, or unlawfully exploit the platform or its systems
- Be solely responsible for the content they submit
- Carefully review transaction information before making payments
- Suspension or Termination of Service
Alomi may suspend or terminate access to the service if:
- The user violates these Terms of Use
- Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities are detected
- Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issue resolution is required
- Required by competent government authorities
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alomi is not liable for:
- Losses resulting from improper or unauthorized use of the platform
- Decisions made by users based on AI-generated content
- Problems caused by user devices, internet connections, browsers, or third-party services
- Service interruptions beyond Alomi's reasonable control
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the competent authorities or courts in Vietnam in accordance with applicable law.
