Operating model
CÔNG TY TNHH VÂN MẠCH owns the platform and is also the direct service provider. Because there is no third-party seller, the seller-side rights and obligations belong to Alomi.
Rights and obligations of Alomi
As platform owner and service provider, Alomi has the following rights and obligations:
- Issue, publish and apply the operating conditions and transaction conditions of the platform.
- Publish service standards and the process for using the platform.
- Charge service fees strictly according to the published Service Pricing Policy.
- Provide full information about promotions, if any, before users place an order.
- Keep the platform running safely and reliably, and announce planned maintenance.
- Define the cases of suspension, termination or restriction of user accounts in the Terms of Use and the Service Termination and Refund Policy.
- Protect users' personal data under the Privacy Policy.
- Receive and resolve requests, reports and complaints under the Complaint Resolution Policy.
- Monitor and prevent violations on the platform and cooperate with competent state authorities upon request.
User rights
Users of the Alomi platform have the following rights:
- Receive full and accurate information about the service, features and prices before transacting.
- Choose among the payment methods supported by Alomi.
- Have personal data protected under applicable law and Alomi policies.
- File complaints and have them resolved within the published timeframes.
- Request termination of the service and deletion of the account under the published process.
User obligations
When using the platform, users have the following obligations:
- Provide accurate information when registering an account and when making payments.
- Pay in full and on time for the selected service.
- Comply with the Terms of Use and the policies published on the platform.
- Keep login credentials secure and take responsibility for activity arising from their account.
- Not use the platform to violate the law, infringe third-party rights or disrupt system operations.
