Omi is the unit used in the Alomi app for features such as play turns, content generation or related utilities. Prices and Omi packages are displayed in the app before payment.
Payment gateway
Alomi uses the payment gateway configured in the app. Users should review order information, amount and payment content before confirming.
Transaction confirmation
Omi is credited only after the system receives valid payment verification from the payment provider. Success or cancellation pages only display transaction status.
Payment issues
If payment succeeds but Omi is not updated, please contact contact@alomi.vn and provide the order code for review.
