The service is provided online at app.alomi.vn. Users do not receive physical goods from Alomi.
Recognition time
After sign-in and use, story progress, play turns or Omi are recorded in the system according to account status.
Omi delivery
Omi is updated to the account after a payment transaction is validly verified. If there is a delay, users should contact support for review.
Service interruption
In cases of maintenance, technical incidents or third-party dependency issues, Alomi will make reasonable efforts to restore service.
