Price listing
Omi package prices are listed in Vietnamese dong (VND) and displayed in full on the Pricing page and in the app before the user confirms payment.
Current prices: 10,000 Omi for 39,000d, 25,000 Omi for 89,000d, 60,000 Omi for 199,000d.
Value added tax
The listed price is the final amount the user pays and already includes value added tax (VAT) under applicable law. Users pay no tax beyond the amount shown at checkout.
Costs beyond the listed price
Alomi does not charge any additional service fee, processing fee or payment gateway fee beyond the listed price. Payment gateway fees are borne by Alomi.
If a user pays from abroad or with a method that incurs currency conversion fees, international transaction fees or fees applied by their bank or e-wallet, those fees are charged by the payment instrument issuer and do not belong to Alomi.
Price changes
Alomi may adjust Omi package prices. Adjustments apply only to transactions made after the new price takes effect and do not affect Omi already purchased.
If Alomi introduces or changes a service fee charged to users, Alomi will publish the change at least 20 days in advance on the website and in the app before the new fee takes effect.
Invoices
Users who need a VAT invoice should send a request to contact@alomi.vn with the order code and invoicing details within 30 days of payment.
