Request deletion of your Alomi account

You can delete your account directly in Alomi, or contact support if you cannot access the app.

Delete inside Alomi

Open Profile → Delete account, then confirm your request.

Data handled by deletion

Profile and sign-in information
Story progress, conversations, and messages
Created stories, content, and uploaded media
Likes, comments, referrals, rewards, and Omi wallet data

Deleted data may include your profile, story progress, conversations, created stories, and associated content. Limited transaction or security records may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

Can’t access your account?

Email us from the address you used for Alomi and include the email associated with the account. Never send your password.
